Facing the same problem
Hi there,
I have faced the same problem in the past and still dealing with it. I had a very nice and smooth glowy skin, but may be the use of cosmetics has spoiled its texture.
What I do now is after/during workouts or even otherwise, I dont let sweat remain on my face for long(as I used to before with the fear of my make up coming off), I either tap it up with a tissue or if possible wash it off. I don mind re-applying the basic make up stuff but this is what I do, it also helps avoid breakouts. I have also started avoiding too much of chemicals and using herbal and ayurvedic products, and it is showing good results. You too could give it a try.
