The exfoliating regime that works

Can anyone help. How frequently and with what should we be exfoliating (face)?
The only cloths I have found to work well so far are from safai skin, but they do not sell a cleanser, what should I be using?????!

Use a exfoliating scrub or lotion. It helps to scrape off dead skin cells from the surface and reveal new ones from underneath.
