I have used for spots gerovital plant bio, it is made of natural ingredients and makes your face look cleaner and brighter. You should try it, for me it worked.

I had Ipl for pigmentation marks at the end of last year I had a course of them, six in total and I have to say after shelling out well over £600 (which was an offer price apparently) I feel totally ripped off as it hasnt worked and the people didnt really seem to care.
After telling me that it would be fantastic for me and it would really work, they didnt want to know when it didnt do anything. I overheard other people complaining of the same thing!
Where did you go for yours?

I went to a local place called advance cosmetics. Because ive only had 1 treatment I thought I might have 2 more done and then if I don't notice any results by then I will leave it. Only thing is that it really hurts! Did yours hurt much? Thats really bad that you had 6 treatments and shelled out £600 for no results. Do you have dark skin, because I heard it works better on pale skin?! I think you should complain because they promised you results that you've never got. And maybe you should try to get some money back cos they've seriously ripped you off and if they want to keep a good name it's in their best interest! Where did you go for yours?

I went to a place in East Yorkshire Called, Holderness Laser Clinic! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!
I am really, really pale skinned! To be honest it didnt hurt at all and I never had any redness or anything afterwards! Maybe they hadnt got the machines set up right, whatever it was they didnt seem to care about me being there to be honest!
I did say how upset I was but all I got in reply was surely its better than when you started, which any fool could see it wasnt!
I guess I will put it down to experience as I really dont think I will get anything back from them!

I had my 2nd treatment last night. Nearly didn't go through with it cos I was really scared, last time must have really traumatised me!
This time they used higher energies for better results and it was fine -it hurt quite a bit but was over so quick.
I don't know if its wishful thinking but I really think it has worked! The results continue to appear over the next 4 weeks as the body's immune system removes the dead blood vessels so hopefully I'll see further improvements soon!
Ive already decided i'm gonna get between 1 and 2 more treatments yet for the results that I want to see, i'd better start saving cos it's so not cheap!
Will continue with the updates, hope all ok xx

Yeah sounds like they didn't do it right. They're supposed to use a yellow light laser, starting on low intensity and increasing it according to your reaction.
Mine really hurt especially in places of high vascularisation! It was like a really quick flash of extreme heat and afterwards you get some redness which you have to cool down like with cold aloe vera gel.
I'm really sorry for you, have you tried anything else? Bio-oil is supposed to be good for pigmentation, scars etc but don't know if it'd work.
Im gonna book myself in for 2 more IPL treatments before the summer comes, will let you know how it goes x

Hi Steph I had IPL to reduce the redness in the skin on my cheeks and nose but due to the cost have only had one treatment so far with limited effects. How many treatments did you need to get the desired effect? Also did yours really hurt? Mine did and that has contributed to my reluctance to have any further treatment yet!
