Hi there, I take PERFECTIL tablets which are in a silver box from boots..they are a lot cheaper than IMEDEEN.. and they are also specially for skin..they do another one which is for Skin,Hair and Nails..I take the one especially for skin.. I have been taking them only 1 mth now so have a while to go before i see a diiference,,the ingredients look pretty good though.
My mums been taking them for a few years now and swears they are great..
I also take 1 evening primrose capsule every day and a strong CO-Enzyme Q10 tablet..
hope this helps.x

Hi Karen, I have been taking Boots Skin Perfection which contains antioxidants, multivitamins, kel p and omega 3 fatty acids, i have been on them 3 month now and i have just started to notice a difference, i also take 3,00omg of evening primrose and 1,000mg of vitamin c as well as Echinacea for the immune system, i am 44yrs old and have just given up smoking 3wk ago so i thought it was time to put some goodness back, there are a lot of good skin supplements on the market, one is imedeen but is quite expensive and retails at around £35 for a months supply and they say you need 3mth to notice the differance, they also contain fish oils which may not be good for those with allergies, hope this helps
