Acne scars!!!

Hi there. I used to have really bad acne and although it has gotten a bit better, I still have an issue with it. My face looks the best it has in a while but history tells me it's only a matter of time before they are popping up again. Even worse, I have really dark acne scars. I try not to mess with my zits but no matter what I do, they always seem to scar. Some have faded but the others are so noticable and dark that concealer barely hides them. I have to reapply constantly and I loathe having to wear so much makeup. I've recently started to use Palmers Coco Butter Scar Serum on my face but nothing seems to be happening. What can I do?? Being rid of these ugly marks would make my life a lot easier.

You have options

There are a range of treatment options for acne scarring from less invasive measures such as dermabrasion , onto chemical peels and other options which are more invasive and have more downtime such as ablative laser resurfacing. Best thing would be to find a local clinic, preferably from someone you know who can recommend it to you.Most clinics offer free consultations and then can advise you on your individual needs

I have acne scars too.

I use lemon juice on my skin as I have dark patches. It has lightened up my skin just a tad but maybe it is taking longer because my skin colour is dark. My scars also seem to fade with lemon juice. I apply it on to the areas that need to be lightened up and I rinse it off after 10 minutes.
Also I use Olive oil at night. As I've read they are high in Vitamin K and E. Which help reduce scars.
