"Help me with my blackheads please!"

I really need some advice about blackheads. don't get me wrong they're not obviously black and show through make up what they are is white lumps that if i don't get out turn into blackheads. I generally squeeze new ones everyday and i've tried so many products. i don't know whether to use a light scrub everyday or a wash or just dove soap. (Although I have to admit the soap has cleared up my skin tone but has no effect on spots unfortunately) at the moment i've taken to using the olay tota effects facial wash combined with the first effects moisturiser morning and evening. i just don't know what to do for the best, I've even given up smoking to see if that makes a difference. i drink loads of water and eat healthily but nothing seems to work. I've spent so much money on so many different products I'm now totally skint! Please help!!!

the best treatment i saw on the site www.mamaherb.com is that apply the grated potatoes on the face. The blackheads are resolved soon.

I use fresh lemon juice on my skin. I leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse off. I noticed it got rid of my white heads and blackheads. It's cheap so what's the harm?

I used to have quite bad zits, i have a big red blotch rite now actually!!!! but I use clerosil deep poor clensing face wash, in a shiney bottle thing. I swear by so do all of my perfect skinned mates! i also use the cleanser, I used 3 day zit serum as well, most brands do it. Wash with the was twice a day, cleanse twice a day, put moisturiser on after cleanser 2, plus put the seream on before u go 2 bed. try it i swear it works
p.s. TAKE UR MAKEUP OFF BEFORE U GO 2 BED NO MATTER WHAT!!

go and have a facial and ask for steam and a drawing mask.
Or cleanse tone and moisturise morning and night and exfoliate once a week use face masks.
Biodroga and talgo are really good for congested skin you can only purchase them from salons.

Any skin products you can buy in the shop will only have a superfical effect to get a deep effect you need to go to a professional.
MD formulations is brillant for congested skin the skin clinic at hospitals sell it. It also clears scarring! ie acne scars.

If you over do it it can make your skin worse.

One last thing make sure you buy a moisturiser with spf init this protects against wind cold weather the sun stops broken cappilliries!
Hope this helps!
