I dont really suffer from them anywhere else except the top of my back n the right hand side.. anyone recomend anything? i am sick of them now always recurrring!! xx

I use Akno Natura for pimples on my face. Been using it for months now but if i get the odd pimple i put it on and i can see it drying up sometimes overnight or by the 2nd day. I have seen people with body acne or spots so i know its just as bad as having a face full of pimples like i had. This product works really well for me and has given me lots of confidence in my life.

I don't have a specific product to recommend but treat the top of your back like your face. Each day when you shower, wash your back with your face cleanser. Afterwards have someone apply a zit cream on them. I really love Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion for getting rid of my pimples quickly.

I have exactly the same thing, except mine are all over the top of my back. I've not found anything that works yet but have tried tea tree oil, clearasil, etc and all to no avail! It really annoys me cos I can never buy tops or dresses for going out in when they show too much of my back! The best solution I've found so far actually is sunbathing... the sun dries them out a bit in the summer but that's not very helpful for this time of year or for living in the UK full stop!
