i needed my hair to grow quick in 2005 so i went to one of the chinese medicine shops, bought this (quite expensive) lotion which you have to apply on twice a dayI think it did speed the growth up.

Unless your hair naturally grows at miracle speeds then 4 months isnt enough time to grow it.

Perhaps extensions is the way to go for you?
