Dreadlocks

I'am a black girl whose looking to get his natural hair back, the relaxer really dammage my hair and i'm enought to put this nocif product on my hair. So since 5 months, i do some braids and some extension.
I'm still with my straight hair and my natural one are growing up.
I really want to reach my objectif, and because i've found a new job in account i would like to get some advise from someone to share her experience with me, with the job how they react' about that, the step with the dread and everything.

It's quite a lot i know but i have a lot of questions but nobody to answer me, so if someone could give me some advise, more then welcome.

Maybe you would be better off trying a natural relaxer that does not have any chemical enhancements. I use the Natural-Laxer Mix which is a natural relaxer made from organic herbs and Sahara Clay.
