Help hair naturaly changing colour and texture!

hi im only 22 but over the past few months my hair is changing texture and colour. its going fine and white at the front and course like wire and jet balck at the back?!

just wanted to know has any one else had similar changes in their hair? and is there anyway to prevent it changing or at least slow it down?
(realy dont want to look like Cruella DeVile!)
