has anyone used this ?

Also known as starflower oil

great source of essential fatty acids great for pmt makes your hair and nails nice...its no different from evening primrose oil really just higher in G.L.A (gama linoeic acid) which is the magic nutrient

Re: safflower oil

Take a few drops of safflower oil in your palms and carefully take your hair (while dry) and apply the small amount of oil to the ENDS first and work toward the scalp. By applying safflower oil your dry hair will have the proper amount of humectants to attract and retain moisture. Very nice working.....
