How do i get rid of the greyness in my salon dyed blond hair...

i naturally have black hair, i been brunette, dark blonde and few months ago i found a salon who managed to lift my dark blonde to a lovely platinum blonde,

i was so happy with it, but the last month or 2, it has become dirty shade of blonde and worst still, the root area is turning white grey shade.!!!

i think it is the toner they using, and i was rec to use their silver shampoo but i stopped using that now to stop it gettin any more grey

WHAt do you think i should do.? should i go to hairdressing wholesalers (i have an account with them) and buy some caramel or white blonde toner see how it goes

or should i have low lights put in aswell

its a shame cos i really loved it when i first had it done, dont know why it got like this now

Go for white blonde toner option. Recently my friend had same problem she done all color blonde in six months. But she struggled a lot in last month then she goes for toner and happy with the result.
