Can anyone advise pleeeese !

Heeeelp ! I have become a candyfloss. Went to hairdresser and got some highlights (did I say ..'highlights'? I am practically bleached all over. My hair was already light but feeling a bit low and in search of a bit of an uplift i went for a bit of perking up, but instead am now a very unhappy mad mog
I have a bob but its sticking out all over the place cos I have thick hair...Are there any suggestions out there?I dont want to have it cut it, (even though right now I do feel like taking the shears to it ! (my OH said it looked fine...as they do) but whilst putting his fingers through it they got stuck ..omg.(DAMAGED AND DRY) Is it poss to buy something off shelf that wont go a funny green or pink over what ive got ?. my base colour is dark blonde but some grey. Any advice would be truly welcomed xxx

Hi

Firstly i'd like to let you know i've had 19 years experience, and the first symptom of your hair getting stuck, sounds to me like the bleach has been left on way too much. Is it chewy and does it stick to the brush? If so, you will need a protein treatment to help strenghten this, try redkens anti snap. If it it dry and crunchy coarse etc try kerastase masque intense for thick hair.
Colour wise i deal with blonde disasters all the time, the only problem you have is that if your hair is too white on the ends, putting a colour on yourself would be no good as the ends will grab to a different colour to the roots.
If you send me a pic i could help you out and tell you what you need to do x x

Cheers xxx

I have PM you x

Truly appreciative !!

Ps

If you do put a colour on you hair and its not warm enough, you will have a green pigment colour. I find that Goldwells 8GB with 6% is always a winner put leave the ends out if they are really white, this colour is half gold and half biege. Steer clear of ashes or pearls, they are the old fashioned way of colouring where you panic and you need to whip the colour off. Finally this base shade of colour is a medium blonde depth so if it fades a little which it will, it won't look patchy like a darker colour, oh and you Will have to get those endz cut off. hope this helps x x

Youre an angel !! xx

Fantastic advice thanks a million hales xx !
