Hair: strong odor? please, please help!!!

I'm having a very hard time helping my son controlling the strong odor from his hair, he sweats more then usual after we move to a more humid place, I've try most shampoo's and still can't help it, even when he stays in doors, after a couple hours of taking a shower I notice the smell.

Can anyone help me? what can I do to help him?

He is only 10 years old and I don't want to think about this problem on his teen years, it may get worst.

Strong odor solution

Hi,

It sounds like your son may have true dandruff. He may not have a flaky scalp, especially if he washes it everyday. Dandruff isnt as most people think, dry flaky. It is quite strong smelling and the scalp itself can look a little grey, or lacking in colour. The very worse thing you can do is use some strong cleansers as it irritates the sebaceous glands and changes the Ph of the scalp.
