Can anyone recommend a brand of dye

Hey girls i'm looking to dye my hair at home what with the credit crunch thought I should cut back on my spending..I'm already a chocolate brown (salon dyed) and really just want to freshen up the colour and do my roots (my hair naturally has a lot of red in it) !

Can anyone recommend a brunnette dye that will really condition my hair as well as it is quite dry!

Hair dyes

i used nice & easy for ova 20yrs, lways made my hair look healthy etc and as i was dying it blonde it neva looked cheap or brassy. im now using schwarchov (cant spell it soz) the "LIVE" ones in a blue box cos ive gone red, this excellent, the colour is intense and really lasts. good luck

Hey

ive tried no end of different brands and have alway kept goin back to the same one L'OREAL feria color 3D i love it i used to use there browns specifically number 40 espresso loved it but now i use P46 ruby power dnt remeber when i swapped but i love the colours there so rich and they really do last.i also have alot of red undertones in my hair altough you wouldnt tell from looking at my natural colour unless u looked really close.u can also get them from wilkinsons for quite abit cheaper than say boots/superdrug. visit www.lorealparis.com to have a nosey at colours and there other ranges.they have a wee quiz to help u determin which of there ranges would best suit you. hope that helps hun
