Dry and itchy

scalp...............my daughter has a very dry, itchy and slightly scaly scalp, theres spots where she is starting to scratch and she has this on and off all the time........i have tried the docter shampoo that was recomended, anmd all the adertised ones like t gel and head and shoulders, but none relieve and remove this any recommendations??

Nizoral is fantastic for dry scalp, get it at pharmacies like boots etc..
