Permanent extensions in essex ????

Hi all,
Im looking to get the new type [shrinkies, micro tubes?] of permanent hair extensions fitted for my brithday, but i cant find any people who do it near by.
Im based in clacton, essex but am happy to travel.
Is there anyone here who does extensions in essex?
really hoping to get this done so replies would be really helpful
