Non damage hair extentions??

Hi all

I had hair extentions (human hair bonded )about 4 years ago and even though they were amazing and looked incredible for two years (i had many differnt sets put in and out, with break in between) a combination of both colouring to keep matching the colours and highlighting along with the hair extentions finally took a toll on my hair and i had them out and my hair cut. My hair has finally got into a good condidtion though it is still not as long as it was before my hair extentions.

I miss having the glamourous length and thickness that hair extentions gave me and want to have them back as i am going away on holiday at the end of May. However i dont want to ruin my hair. At the moment i use the clip ins and they are great but i cant help feeling depressed when i take them out at night!!!

I have heard there are lots of new products out there, mircro tubes, having them sowed in, braided in...etc. However i am not sure what to do or go for. I am based in london and woul like to hear from anyone that does any of these hair extentions or any other girls that have any good experiences with any particular companies that you would recomend.
