My hair doesn't grow! help me please?

I feel so embarrassed when people ask me thought that I cut my hair again, my answer is: no this is the same hair cut!
Please help me what should I do for my hair to grow fast.

I already use "man in tale" shampoo hopping to make my hair strong and so grow fast.
