Hi
I am interested in having my hair straightened in a salon but understand this is a very lengthy and expensive process. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has had this process done, how long it lasts, whether its effective and what effects it has on the hair.
Any input would be appreciated
Thanks in advance.

It is a lengthy process, but you can try an alternative. I have been using FREEAHAIR natural hair relaxer for the last 9 mths. I have been able to straighten my hair for days between washing without the expense or risk to my hair. I dont ahve to worry about burning or breakage and all the stuff associated with hair straightening. This product was only available in UK until recently. I have now found it at www.freeahair.co.uk have even been able to colour my hair. check it out.

Hey there, my friend has fairly short, fine hair and she had the straightening done but still has to use straighteners, she still gets a kink. I don't know if she had it done at a decent place though. Anyone else had it done? Sarahxx
