hey everyone,
just asking for some advice. i am absolutely crap with doing my hair. i have been dying it dark for some time and now want to lighten it. only problem is i end up with a lovley two tone effect, light roots dark ends. does anyone know how i could get my hair to a light brown with caramel highlights without having to wait for it to grow out.

Well, im no expert on hair as ive had a few disasters myself but i asked my hairdresser what i should do and she suggested getting a semi permanent lighter colour so that your hair can go lighter gradually and not straight from the dark colour to the light colour. then after that has washed out a few times go for the same colour but maybe a permanent colour...
Want some real advise? i'd get it done at the hairdresers that way they can get it just how you want it and if they screw it up you can blame them not yourself!
