So confussed

i have short hair its nearly the length of a asmetric bob,it needs reshaping but i dont know what style will suit me. I have quite a chubby face and im worried bout making it look even chubbier. im also very dark almost balck and im wonderin bout going bout 4 dif shades of blonde dont think i could handle just a block colour. any opinions would be great i really dony know what to do
