Hi,
Im a new member looking for advice on hair loss.
Im 23 (female) and lately Ive started to notice that my hair is getting thinner and is more prone to breaking. I dont use hair irons etc, so Im wondering why this is happening. I use head and shoulders shampoo without conditioner and have also tried other shampoos which are designed for the 'thicker' look. None of which have helped me though. I wash my hair (shoulder-length) twice a week and am careful not to use really hot water.

Im starting to get really really worried now, and am considering seeing a Trichologist who may have some answers for me. Im not in the least stressed and dont have health problems so Im ruling that out as a factor.

I'd be so GRATEFUL for any advice especially from those who have been to a hair specialist before. (where did you go? and who did you see?)

I look forward to reading your answers.

Thanks alot

Zoe x
