I need advice...seriously..

I have been X-dressing now for the past year and I need advice on hair removal, and I figure that women are obviosly the ones to ask. I pluck my eyebrows on a regulare basis but I can't seem to get that perfect shape or arch. What is the best way to do that? And second, what is the best way to remove hair from my legs besides shaving?? Any advice??

Threading is the way ahead!

Hi,

You should def try threading - it's brilliant gives you a great shape and also gets rid of all the fine hairs that it's sometimes hard to see to pluck.

It's non-abrasive and I find it really reduces thr re-growth.

A lot of the big Debenhams now have threading brow-bars in them. And there are men and women using them (they also do facial hair removal in the same way!) so you could feel confident that you wouldn't seem out of place. Costs about £10 a time. And lots do Loyalty cards

Just Google Brow Bar

Good luck, once you start you won't go back to plucking or waxing.

Advice

the safest mode of hair removal is waxing...

Hullo

hiya as for the eyebrows - never pluck above the 'brow just below it thats what i was told. pluckin them after a shower/bath in the bthroom when its all hot an steamy in there makes it easier, too. opens up the pores. hurts less!

good luck!

Well...

For eyebrows...go have them threaded. For a definition of threading, go here -->http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eyebrow_threadi-ng

It is the most effective way to obtain the shape you want, and afterwards easy to keep up with yourself by plucking stray hairs..

And as for your legs, I would have to recommend buying an epilator. You can get decent ones for around £50 by Braun. They are a little painful at first, but they ae so effective. Just make sure you exfoliate your legs to avoid ingrown hairs - if you do get them try putting an 'on the spot' treatment like the ones from clearasil, and they will disappear quickly.

Are you a man?))

Ummm...

Ya I am a man, not trying to sound rude but do you have issues with that?

))

Then you're attractive as you are =) that's just what I wanted to say))

Thanks again...

I apologise, a lot of people aer closed-minded and you showed me that not everyone is, THANKS AGAIN!!!xox

Veet

Don't worry most people here have no issues and if they do they are THEIR issues and not yours! I just bought Veet for shaving, it's a mousse spray thing with a bladeless razor so you can't cut yourself which is always good!

???

A bladless razor??

Yep!

Yeah, you use the mousse to get rid of the hairs and the bladeless razor to smooth them off. it's quite quick, and no cuts - good if you're as clumsy as I am!

Thanks...

Thanks for the advice, I tried the bladeless razor and my legs look wonderful!!! Thanks so much!!! xxxx
