Fragrance - never be seen without it!
I just love perfumes ... and aftershave or edt on men! I wear it every single day - there's nothing better than that feel-good factor when you are dressed and ready for the day, or the evening, than to spritz yourself with a divine fragrance.
I treat myself sometimes, as I think the fragrance you wear is just as important as the clothes you put on. I buy fragrances as gifts for friends and family - a fool-proof present for anyone! It can be confusing what to choose if you want to try a new one, and all the stuff you read about top notes and base notes can be a bit much for most of us!
My personal long-time favourite is YSL Opium. I am never without it!! And Gucci fragrances really are all you would expect them to be ... just fabulous!
Different fragrances can say so much about a person or their mood - classic and sophisticated, fresh and clean, energetic and zesty, and of course simply dead sexy! I have a few fragrances on my dressing table at any one time, and choose according to the occassion or to suit the way I feel that day ...
The big problem with buying them on the internet is of course fakes. They look the same, and when you first spray the bottle they may even smell the same, but once the fragrance has been on your skin for a short while, or once the bottle has been opened, the fragrance will fade quickly and the smell disintegrates, sometimes turning quite nasty. There are many disreputable sellers, even selling watered-down fragrances! Best to stick to reputable websites, and be prepared to pay the price for the true product, not make a false economy!
