Anyone else ordered from this site.

I made my order on 5 December and received an e-mail confirmation. Orders are supposed to take up to 7 days. All my phone calls are answered by a recorded message saying they are Central World, and no one has answered any of my e-mails. I'm beginning to think I've been duped.

Anyone else had experiences with them?
