hi I have booked my ba for dec but am in a slight dilemma. I have opted for over the muscle and an incision under the breast as was happy with the advice from Mr Arnstein, I have a physical job so have to get back to work asap so felt this was better than going under. My friend had hers under the muscle and through the armpit and is convinced this is better what do I do, I have been reassured the scar will be small and I wont look like Victoria Beckham, any one had this surgery with Mr Arnstein.help..

i had my ba done on monday 1st sept, i had over the muscle and to be honest no pain at all just slight discomfort when i move, apparently you get more pain and longer recovery with unders so with your job being physical i'd recommend overs, hope this helps xx
