I tried both..... and this maybe controversal but in my opionion....

harley med were far better..
i know alot of ppl who have been with transform and its all gone fine...
but i just felt it was like a factory...?
like i was in and out in 5 mins...not knowing whether i was gonna have overs or unders... the suregon didnt even look me in the eye the whole time he was talking...i know its all about the boobs anyway..but it just was rude .. like it felt i was wasting his time..like he dint want me there..
he basically threw a 300cc implant across the table at me and said thats what i would have.... he hadnt even seen my boobs at this point... ? i just thought it was all tooo rushed!!! and plus i wanted bigger...so i tried mybreast..

mybreast... they told me i could only have tearshape ones...thats what they specialise in.. so off i went to harley med...

i loved them.. they listened, gave me a choice of sizes that would look big but without the roundness at the top-which was what i wanted...the only place where they gave me a bra to try the implants on with!
they asked me about my lifestyle/hobbies etc to work out which would be best for me, overs/unders/partials???
6 years aftercare.....
i was in there for a good half hour/hour..and came out feeling totally ready!!!

that was 8 months ago and i love my boobs! if u wanna see my pics pm me..
i had 385 partials from 32b to 32e

Gut instinct

What I liked about Mybreast was the high quality feel to the consultation, the obvious credentials of the surgeons, and the fact they offer a double lumen implant, which reduces the risk of gel diffusion and is safer.
But they are expensive.
With Transform, I got more advice about size, and i thought the aftercare was better. So I went with them. But honestly, I think the double lumen (ie, extra strong outer case to the implant) might have been a good idea.
Go with your gut instinct about which is right for you.

Sorry, not a clear answer

In my opinion most of these companies are very similar, all the prospective patient needs to do is make sure they read the small print. You have to be clear on what the company will provide you and on what terms. Also for me it was very important that the surgeon had satisfactory qualifications and registrations/associations with national/international and government bodies.

Personally, when I found my surgeon and met with him I felt confident that he would do a good job it just so happened he also did some work with mybreast. I liked mybreast aftercare and they weren't too salesy so mybreast it was for me, but that's just me!

Just to confirm that mybreast is not exlclusively anatomicals, I had round inspira implants, different surgeons will always have different thoughts based on their own experience. xxx

Where to go

hi, ive gone with surgicare in manchester, they were fantastic. the patient co-ordinator has been a amazing help with any questions i had. my surgeon was very good too, made me feel at ease all the way through the consultation. im booked in for 29th october very excited! hope you find one your happy with. debs

...

As far as I could tell their aftercare is simialr. Transform's was much more comprehensive and covered everything I needed, while MYA couldn't tell me definates about hospital charges etc in the event of cc.

The reason I went with Transform is mainly as they are an established, well known company, their aftercare is flawless, the surgeon was amazing and I've seen his results and they have their own hospitals, so if I do need to go in for a re-op I won't have to pay the fees other companies will charge for hiring out surgical suites and theatres.

As for this forum, I don't really come on here much, but you could try posting at www.lookyourbestuk.com, there's so many great girls on there, your posts won't go unanswered for long!

xx

I think you will find

that who ever has had a good/bad experience at either will rate or slate them..
i went to transform, and couldnt fault them.. and i know of 2 other girls who have been with transform who were happy with them ...

Transform v mybreast

Sorry guys has to be Transform everytime. all of my friends have been there and i had mine done a few months ago............. my god i should of done it years ago. we have all had mr. Clarke or mr. Khan. i am deciding on whether i need a bit of lipo next or my upper eyelids.

Watch this space

good luck with whoever you choose : )

Hi tiger

I've been reading this forum pretty much every day since April/May. I've read posts from girls trying to re-ops from transform due to problems, but I've never yet seen anyone trying to get a re-op from MyBreast.

I went with MyBreast and found them to be brill.

Hi tigerlilly

I think you'll find, those who had thier surgery done through My Breast will say My Breast is the best and vice versa.

I'd say My Breast ... but that's just 'my' opinion x

Have a look at thier website and see what you think: http://www.mybreast.org/home/
