"New to ba.... seeking advice!! "

Hello Girls,

I've been looking through many of your pictures, so many of you seem happy with the results. It's motivating me to start seriously considering my own BA.

Im currently about a 36B (small C in some bras). Just wondering what you would say is the ideal amount of cc to achieve a full DD? Im about 5'5" with a very curvy frame. (36-28-40) I feel that for my body type, my breasts just aren't even with my lower half. I have wide hips and a big bum, so I need some bigger boobs to even myself out! Sometimes I feel I look a bit bottom heavy.

Also, I'd love to hear your own experiences with the different types of procedures. Unders or Overs? Incision type? If anyone has pictures of similar size (from B-DD/E) I'd love to see them. Im hoping to achieve a very natural look!!

Oh one more thing, does anyone here have silicone? Or is everyone using saline? No one specifies what type. Perhaps there is something im unaware of? Is saline the only type avaliable in the UK? Thanks so much for all of your help!!

Hello Ladies...
Just read some posts that say your new boobs tend to look smaller under clothes. Have many of you had that problem? Do u recommend going larger than you would think??

and welcome to the forum ........ given your current stats ... I'd say go for an implant around the 385cc - 410cc to get yourself a great result ..... With a backsize of 36 your boobs could well carry a 410cc ..... Your ps will advise you on the 'under' / 'overs' part, that all depends on things like if you have alot of loose skin to fill, versus, very little skin ..... All shall be explained at your consultation ...... Also remember to discuss 'profiles' with you ps too. Different sized profiles give different amounts of projection ..... All the best with whatever you decide

hi i'm having my ba / ul in 2 weeks, am having 340cc unders to take me to a large c small d round cohesive silicon gel, thinks thats the only type my ps uses thats in cyprus. good luck hun!!

i was an emtpy 36b before my op and had 390cc high profile round under the muscle implants. I'm now wearing a 36d sports bra and am very very happy with the size.

Re the implant material - I think most implants are cohesive silicon gel...
