Alot of us that havent had a ba done yet are getting confused as to what looks more fake and more natural. Thanks alot for your help, your all great xx

34AA bust

Had 300cc overs, under the breast incision, I have been measured 2 days ago, my bust is now 34D!

They say if you have very little breast tissue, go for unders, but I strongly disagree. As a fitness professional, I don't like the idea of a muscle being cut and poked about, that muscle will never heal properly and be the way it used to be. Also, just imagine, if the implants are put under the muscle, they are constantly being squashed by the muscle, and I don't think that gives them the most natural appearance. With overs, the implant sits where the natural breast tissue would. As I said, I was almost flat chested and had quite large implants over the muscle, and my end result is extremely natural. The recovery is also much shorter with overs and I had no pain whatsoever.

i think they look pretty fake, but im nearly 5 weeks post op and they are starting to look mare natural..

thanks girls, so overs and unders both can look natural? Maybe its just what you ask your surgeon for?

It really does depend on the individual ..... and this thread proves, just that

Ask your surgoen what 'he thinks' will get you the most natural look ..... He's the best one to advise you about that ... he knows what he is talking about .... Good luck xx

I was 34B (deflated after 2 kids)
Had 350 cc overs round moderate implants
Look totally natural just like my pregnancy boobs, sports bra don't do them any justice at all but with underwired bra lovely cleavage and still movement in them.

was a 34b now a 34e/f

I look extemely natural & completely in proportion now

I had unders a year ago. Having a BA was a great decision which im so glad i made.

I love my boobs and im really pleased with how they look. Covered up im sure they do look pretty natural. However, im sure that with a lot of cleavage showing people will wonder whether they're real or not!

i had overs and to begin with i think they looked quite false/stuck on -but each day they are changing and now looking more and more natural.very pleased! Xx
