can i start to use this yet-just on boobies or on scars too??? Also can someone tll me when to massage and how? xxx had overs x

My surgeon told me to start rubbing bio oil in the scars at two weeks post op, which I did. They were lumpy to begin with - I could feel the internal stitches - but the massaging helped that pretty quickly.

I think it varies on how you are healing - the surgeon looked at mine at 1 week PO, and told me to start the following week.

When I had my first post-op check up at ten days, the surgeon told me to start massaging my scars lightly with rosehip oil for the next 7 days, then after this week had elapsed to massage the scars harder and to work the oil into them. I think it all depends, surgeons advice differs. I also had overs, and have been using bio-oil to massage my boobs. x
