arnica 6c tablets in a small purple tube/dispenser, ask at counter if you can't find as it is quite a small thing.

"The nurse at transform advised....." Posted by bitsym 13 October at 23:21
me to take Arnica tablets (30c) a week before the op and continue to take them. It helps with the bruising, not sure if if it brings the bruising out quicker to help with the healing process or stops the bruising altogether. Thanks for the info about the bio-oil, I wasn't sure whether to bother getting any or not. One thing I will be doing is using a coco butter lotion or pregnancy balm on my chest a couple of weeks before the op as I reckon it will help stop any stretch marks and give my skin more elasticity. I used it all the time when I was pregnant and never got any stretch marks. x

"Totally worth taking!" Posted by smiler87 13 October at 23:55
I'd advise anyone to take arnica tablets, I took them for the stated dose on the pack and I had 1 bruise about the size of a 5 pence coin and that was only where I had a scar from years ago
