Please help!! first consultation with mr kuna @ transforming lifes on 7th january 09...

Hey guys, hoping you can help me please-share your advice, stories and experiences-would be very much appreciated!! After much thought I have decided I want and need a breast enlargement, Im so unhappy about mine and have been for a while-my parents have agreed to pay for me one as they know how they make me feel. I was rather overweight in my younger years and as I have lost all the weight over the previous years im left with saggy, barely there breasts, for a young girl this really affects my confidence, and its so hard to speak to anyone about it as they dont seem to understand?!
Firstly, has anyone had a BA with Mr Kuna @ transforming lifes?? If so, how was your experience??
All your help and advice would really help guys, Im really scared and feel rather alone on this as my partner is rather against it as he cant see why I want one, Ive tried to explain its not through vanity etc its just something I need to do for myself?! Also not sure what size etc to choose? I am a (very saggy and awful) B/C at the moment.

Look forward to hearing from you girls,

Nadine xxx

hi honey

hi, i too am a 34 saggy b/c. i am having 360 or 380 overs and a type of uplift.to be a good size d cup, as my sagginess was borderline i didnt need a full lift as it leaves alot of scaring. depending on your droop you may get awat with implant only, charlipink did and hers look great!

the lift costs a bit more though? and you do have scars just around the nipples with what i am having, but i feel due to being droopy my nipples have dropped a bit low so they need putting back in the right position, its called a bellini lift or donought lift or peri areolar. its worth reading up on before your consultation as it helps to know what they are talking about and you get more out of your consultation xxxx

good luck xxx

Hey nadine

I use to be a size 18 and when I lost all my weight (size 10/12 now) my boobs were the first things to go (even though they weren't that big to begin with it was the shape I lost). I had my BA on Friday and even though I am all bandaged up still they make me look even thinner already and I am feeling great.

My ex and I only just recently split but he was against it as well. Unfortunately men just don't understand as well what this whole body image/confidence is. I didn't have my op to have big boobs, I had my op to be in proportion. I am slim now but still curvy, have the hourglass figure but I looked bottom heavy because I had nothing to even it out at the top - my ex just thought it was because I wanted attention!!

I am only 18 myself, so understand about the age.

Don't stress yourself out about size too much because this is what the surgeon will help you with and trying to understand cc's etc can be quite difficult - plus it all depends on your height, weight and figure. I have just had 460cc unders to make me a D (maybe slightly bigger) but I know girls on here who have had 300cc and got a D - it's all about the rest of you.

I had my BA with MYA not with Transform because after going to Transform first they scared the hell out of me and were very pushy (just my individual experience, don't let this put you off). I then had a consultation with MYA as I hadn't found any bad reviews about them and just basically fell in love with everyone at the clinic in Leeds and shortly after fell in love with my surgeon Mr Kazzazi (I really do actually love him).

Make sure you make a nice long list of questions (they prefer you to ask too much than too little) and just enjoy the experience. If you have any questions or just want to chat then drop me a PM.

Hey sophie

Hey sweetie, thank you so much for your experiences, your in very similar boat to me-makes me feel loads better, thanks hun . That is pretty much the same too.. I was a 16/18 in my younger years and the past few years I have gone between a 8 and a 12. Well done on going ahead and congratulations, how are you feeling physically?

Ahh tell me about it..men hey, all he seems to say is he thinks its silly and im wasting my money and they dont need done and Im just wanting the attention GRRRR MEN!!! Im sure though he wont be complaining when I let him loose on them!! Hmm LOL

Do you mind me asking how much it was to go with both transform and MYA please sweetie?

What size were you pre op darling?

And hey..its your ex's loss!! Who needs em ..

Nad!

I can't sleep - this strapping is driving me potty itching! As are my sexy stockings! Oh you have got all this fun to come

Physically I feel amazing, I just can't believe it -- ok so I can't do a little dance to celebrate but you know.... I was really expecting the worst pain ever but I can honestly say I have never been in any actual PAIN. It felt like (still does but not as much as I am nearly 3 days P/O) I had done a big chest work out at the gym and pulled some muscles. Getting up from the sofa/bed is annoying because you have to really focus on using your leg muscles rather than your chest as they are too weak to use. But even that is just uncomfortable if you put too much pressure on your arms lifting up or whatever, still not what I would call PAIN. I was expecting like ermm you know when you get sharp period pains? Well that but in my chest... but nothing at all like that

I really expected to be crying with the pain and I know that everyone is different but I am quite proud of myself The most physical pain I have ever gone through before is a brazilian wax, I've never had kids or even been in hospital so I think its good going if I do say so myself!! Also, I had no sickness when I came round from the operation, just low blood pressure. I think the low blood pressure has continued as I do keep going dizzy and am having to drink plenty of water. But there again I naturally have quite a low blood pressure to begin with.

I suppose I can see a man's point of view a little bit I mean honestly what would we think if they said they were going to have a penis enlargement? We'd be a bit like well I'm happy (I'm hoping) with what's already there so why are you doing it? Who are you doing it for? But I still think they are silly. And no worries about my ex, I am fine (especially as I have new boobs to showcase to the world when they are all settled and healed).

Transform quoted me £3800 (have heard of girls getting it to £3500 on here) and MYA quoted me £4250 (I only paid £4000 though as I got £250 discount through the website, which I think you can still do or alternatively you can get £150 if for example you went to them and said I'd recommended you). A lot of people have said I am mad for going with the most expensive option, but I paid the extra price to be happy. Transform drove me mental and after coming away from the consultation I honeslty believed I could maybe die from the operation they made it sound so bad. They also never explained to me what unders and overs were. I then went to MYA who I just fell in love with and have never ever been pushy and I also like the fact that the clinic doesn't remind me of a hospital I love my surgeon to pieces and trusted him even more than 100% so I think the extra £200 was certainly worth my happiness and faith in the process!

A lot of people love Transform, a lot of people love MYA. My advise would be to book a consultation with both. You will find that most surgeons work for both of them but you have to remember not to just make your choice by the surgeon (although of course it is the deciding factor). Their aftercare programmes are very similar but you need to make sure you get on with the nurse and the consultant as to be honest those are the two you are going to see more than the surgeon once the operation is complete. I for one LOVE the receptionist who works for MYA and she always puts me as ease when I go for a consultation

Pre op I was a 36A and I have had 460cc unders. I don't know what size I am yet as I am only wearing strapping but I will report back on what size sports bra I end up in on Tuesday (although this is bound to change throughout the course of the next 6 weeks). I am 10 stone, size 10/12 and 5ft 5. I have an hourglass figure (well I do now before I had nothing up top to complete this look) and am quite broad shouldered.... just to give you an idea as as I said before sizing etc is all dependant on body shape and weight (I can send you a picture of me pre op - as in a body shot - if you like to get a better idea).

Any more questions sweetie? Whereabouts do you live by the way so I can get an idea of which Transform (and possibly MYA) clinics you'd be using.

I shall go back to shouting at my strapping in frustration now, Tuesday can't come quick enough! Stupid itchyness!

Morning sweetie.. Aww bless you.. hey nevermind I have all this to come.. YIPPPEEEE!! LOL. It will all be worth it darling!! What stockings are they? Like Ted stockings to encourage circulation?? SEXY hehe. Hey though just imagine all the sexy underwear you will be squeezing into soon ooo exciting times babe.

Well done for your braveness babe, Im proud of you too . I usually have quite a high pain threshold so Im hoping it should be fine..eeek famous last words lol. Saying that I havent give birth either!! LOL. £200 is certainly worth it for your happiness and reassurance sweetie, you did the right thing!!

Im going to begin a huge list of things to ask, what things would you recommend I ask, as my minds going blank when I think of anything haha...

You have very similar figures to me sweetie, Im 10 stone also, a size 10/12 and 5ft 8. So it would really be great if you could send me that photo please? Is unders or overs more recommended? Or does it depend on the person??!

Hey babe..only one more day to go!! WOOOP

Hiya nadine

I had Mr Kuna at Ayr for my BA 20th September. Of course I think he is FAB!!! He knew what I wanted and that's what I got. I wouldn't say he was the chattiest of men but he knows his job. I really liked him.

Try not to be scared, now you have found this site there will always be someone on hand to offer help if they can.

I am sure your partner will appreciate your newbies when you get them so don't worry. It is something that most of us do for ourselves and it is certainly not vanity. That aside it does give you heaps of confidence..... so go for it girl you will not regret it.

Hi nadine

i went with transform and mr nathan, i love him he was brilliant for me, i have no complaints at all. I can only say ask questions if you are unsure of anything. the most important thing is if you read up of any surgeon and read bad posts it may put you off but trust your own instincts and make your own decisions. i read up on Mr Nathan and most of them were bad i nearly cancelled seeing him but i went anyway and was very pleased and excited. You will know if Mr Kuna is right for you, maybe you should see more surgeons to be sure. Each persons experience is different.

aishya x

Hey aishya

Thank you for your reply and avice, much appreciated hun . I have read up on Mr Kuna, and he seems very good and has good reports, I have also checked out his certificates, so that has put me at ease. I initially choose Transform as I can have my consultation with them in Carlisle, as i am from Whitehaven in Cumbria-everywhere else is miles away hehe..Not that I mind atall, its worth it after all to find your right surgeon hey.
Im glad you had a good experience. Can I please ask what you were pre op and what you are now please?
You are totally right about everyones experiences being different .

Hi

Being close to home makes things a bit easier and takes alot off your mind i think. I was a 32b i had 380cc overs and now 32e so good results. i am 5'4 and 8st 9 and size 10.

aishya x

Hi

Hello hun, i went through transform but i had a different surgeon, i didnt have any problems with them and i found them helpful.

As for size etc, your surgeon will go through all that at your consultation, he will ask what size/look you are hoping for and then tell you what he thinks. As you said you are very saggy, maybe he will suggest an uplift too?...

Hope your consultation goes well.

Dont forget to ask him all the questions you have (write them down or you will forget them when your there). Also remember you do not have to have the surgery with this surgeon, i have no idea what he is like as i didnt have him but you can have as many consultations as you like, with different surgeons, before choosing the one you feel most comfortable/happy with

If you want to ask me anything, just pm
C xx

Hey c

Thank you veyr much for your help lovely, really do appreciate it, as Im so scared and nervous, yet excited-all at the same time!! Glad you liked Transform, when did you have your BA?

Hmm yeah I did say they were very saggy-ok maybe I am being a little negative and harsh on myself lol, afterall I am only 19 (nearly 20) but at this age I should be able to go around with no bra on under my pretty dresses and tops, and I couldnt do this at present. I dont think I need an uplift, but I feel a ba would make a huge difference to me. Do you mind me asking what size you were pre and post op hun?

Thank you for that comment, Im getting excited, just want it to be here now, suppose 7th Jan aint that far away hey. How long did you need off work afterwards hun?

I will take that advice on board thank you C, I am going to write everything down and make sure I grill him hehe..bless him, wont know whats hit him. But afterall its my body and im paying good money for it hey.

Really do appreciate your advice lovely, hope your well xx

Hi

Hi ya, i had my ba last sunday, i was 34 saggy b, small C, i had 410cc overs and im now 36E in a sports bra, At day 5 i could everything like normal, but just taking things alot slower then normal. But ive been able to do housework and look after my baby since day 3 (when my OH went back to work) But as they all say, the better you rest, the better your recovery so if you can get 2 weeks off work then go for it. It all depends what you do for work though hun and how much lifting, bending, pushing, stretching there is involved

If you want to see my pics your more then welcome, pm me for password, if i had unders i would have needed to have an uplift (but im 23 with a baby that nicked all my boobs lol) but as i had overs i was fine for a straight forward ba

Hope all goes well hun, keep us updated xx
