I'm 51, small build, 32b but saggy - want ba to restore firmness, not for huge boobs - any advice?

Hi. I've posted a question before and had a couple of very nice responses, but not from anyone as old as me, or with similar stats, unfortunately.

My problem really is that I am not unhappy having small boobs - I am only tiny (5'1", 7st 7lbs) and think I would look silly with anything over a c cup - but because my skin is less elastic than it used to be my little boobs look a bit sad and saggy now. They are not awful - my nipples are still above the crease line and point forwards - but I would love to have them filled out a bit just to give them back some of their former firmness. From my researches so far, I think I would be wanting implants of somewhere in the region of 250/300cc. I have seen a couple of cosmetic surgeons from the Harley clinic (Dr Frati and Mr Moraci) but they both gave me quite conflicting advice and both seemed a bit bemused that I only wanted a 'full b/small c' end result.

I would really like to hear from anyone who is in the same sort of age bracket as I am, with similar stats and aspirations, as I am wondering whether what I want is achievable. Any tips for cosmetic surgeons who have achieved good results in cases such as mine would be much appreciated, and it would be great to hear of anyone's experiences, good or bad, in similar circumstances.

I would also like to hear from anyone who has an opinion on whether periareolar or transaxillary incisions are a good idea, as both of these methods seem preferable to submammary incisions as regards scarring, but maybe they carry higher risks of complications?

Many thanks to anyone who is kind enough to reply!

Mareemy.

Hi

I am 50 and similar ehgith to you at 5'1". I did have a 36a to start with and saggy and wanted fullness restored. I had 345 overs and am very happy with the result. I now have a cleavage and fullness without the 'sticky outy' look which I so didnt want. Pics on picturetrail if you want to have a look. PM me for password. Hope this helps. Deb

Hello

have left you a personal message. x

I'm 47

hi, i am 5ft 2 ...8st...size 8..and i want tyo be a full b or small c so your not the only one, i can completely understand where you are coming from with the size you want, i just want something to fill a bra as i am a very flat 34aaa now and also assymetrical, my frame would not suit anything too big also in the past i have had probs with my shoulder muscles so dont want to cause any extra pain there. welcome to the 'over 40's' boobie club, can't help you with much else at the mo as i have not had mine done yet but hoping to go with 'mybreast'.

love marie x x x

Hi

I am 46 and had my BA 9 months ago with Dr Peter Ondrejka at Harley Medical in the Manchester Lifestyle hospital.

I was a 34 a and like you I only wanted to regain the firmness. I had 250cc overs and am now a 34d (small d) but look about a good c cup.

I am very happy with the results and just wished I had it done years ago. My scars are in the crease, about an inch and a half long, I have to look very close to see them at all.

good luck with what you decide to do I am sure you will be very happy with the results

Hi

i am 43 and was an empty d cup which was really more like a b, but my breasts are quite wide. i also wanted only to fill what i had, not become enormous. i had anatomical overs 320cc about 8 weeks ago and i am delighted. i have a very natural shape and feel so much more feminine than with my droopy, empty boobs.
my surgeon was Paul Banwell who works in Brighton and Tunbridge Wells http://www.paulebanwell.com. he is highly qualified, does a lot of reconstruction work following cancer and is a specialist in wound healing/scarring. he is so caring, careful and considerate and he understood exactly what i wanted before i even had chance to tell him (compared to a previous ps who urged me to go for 480's).
pm me if you would like any more information. hope this helps. good luck!
