Scar healing - what food will improve healing process

Heard that you shouldn't have too much salt but what else is bad and what helps the scar to heal?

Thanks!

Hi

I think that berries are great (blackberries, rasberries) great antioxidants and really help cleanse the liver. For skin and scars i would suggest you eat oily fish. Also try bio oil on the scars from the outside (not much evidence that this works but it has more evidence than some of the other stuff recommended).

Good Luck
