Eurosilicon implants - anyone got a clue?

My surgeon (belgium) is using Eurosilicon which are apparently implants made by a french manufacturer.
I have googled it and couldn't find anything negative about those implants...

Has anyone heard anything bad or negative about them?

I had these implants just over 11 weeks ago everyhing fine and mine came with a life time gaurantee on rupturing, they are made by a french manufacturer., not heard anything bad about them
