Pics up!! 410cc bi-laterals pre-op to 6 weeks!! scars, bras, warts and all!! :lol

Ok...I've finally got my pics sorted and decided I'm brave enough to show them!! ( now they're looking more normal! )

Just to re-cap...Had 410cc Bi-lateral Moderate profile implants on Nov 25th 08, at Abbey Pines, Manchester, with Olympia Hadden through Transform.

I'm now 6 weeks PO, and have just added more pics on my profile and thought it gives a good idea of how much things change! (and boy....! Did they change...thank gawd..)

We've had our ups..(in fact more UP than anything.. I began to wonder if they'd ever get off from round my neck!! )
We've had our downs....( oh god, the STRAP!! 2 weeks of torture...and the upright sleeping....nooooooooo!!!)
We've gone through the usual doubts....(Will they settle...??? will they drop off...??? will I ever sleep again...??? will I ever poo again...??? (sorry ) what have I done...??? eeeekkkk!! )

They've been under my neck, under my arms, been hard, been soft, been just....THERE.
I've loved them (first 2 days) I've hated them (next 2 weeks...) and loved them twice as much again...!!!
But they're here...they're mine....and I'm keeping them!

Sooo.. if you'd like a look...? you'll have to PM me......... cos I'm shy, and I need to know you'll be nice to me....

Anything you need to know....just ask....I'm ridiculously open and honest....so will probably tell you anything....


Finally....can I just say a HUGE thankyou to all of you...for your help, advice, support, tears and laughter...I couldn't have got through it without you all... xx

Im really glad you had the same surgeon and that I've been able to see the results, I didn't think to ask to see any photos at my consult.

Hello girlies!
For those of you who have kindly resurrected my thread.. a big thankyou! Its good to see that people are researching their boob jobs well and looking into past threads to get an insight into the whole thing.
I just wanted to update things as this thread is now a year old almost...

I'm also going to put a few new pics on my profile from present day so you have a good record to go by.

So, a year later... my boobs are still fantastic and have certainly given me a whole new outlook... and after months of not knowing how to "dress" them (never having had any before....!) I'm now totally used to them and they absolutely feel like they've always been a part of me...

I've never had a moment of regret and no problems whatsoever....guess I'm one of the lucky ones! I've taken no special care of them really....just got on with it. I didn't take anything or massage them with anything much other than using bio-oil for about 3 months, and my scars have healed to almost nothing.

As for bras..I was wearing wired bras from about 3 months, and you really have to find one thats TOTALLY comfortable...that way I found I wasn't aware of wearing one. If it feels uncomfortable then it probably doesn't fit right. Its worth going and being measured and having the assistant bring you different styles to try until you find the right one. | actually found the Ceriso range by M&S lovely and comfortable and the uplift ones give a fab cleavage! Don't be afraid to go for padded uplift ones...with your new boobs you can look ultra fab!

Most of all....have patience!!! After a whole year I'm now right where I wanted to be with my boobs...they're big, they're looking natural (which I particularly wanted as I'm not a young bird!) and they feel so much a part of me.. (and believe me....THAT was worth waiting for!) and my surgeon knew exactly what she was doing! Although I have 410cc MHP implants I had them bi-plane (half under and half over) so they "hang" naturally in a crease although they're full on top, and with the right bra I have a cleavage like I've never had before.

I hope this has helped those of you who are about to embark on this journey, as well as those of you who are at the "worry and panic" stage! Don ... will all come right in the end...trust me. Yes, some will unfortunately have problems, but we re bound to only hear more about the problems, and very little about the 100's who have no trouble whatsoever! (Bad news hits the headlines more than good news doesn ... )

Finally.. I will try to answer requests about my password as soon as I can, but I don't come on here very often, as I don't need to anymore, but I will try and help all I can. This site was a godsend to me at the time of my research and after my op, so I know how much you come to rely on it, and the advice from people like me who have "been there".
