Silicone strips where do i get them!!

Dermatix silicone gel

Hi!
I was advised by my clinic nurse to use Dermatix 15g silicon gel, as it's one of the best scar management products out there apparently. I was warned it costs £90 (!?!) but if I can get my GP to write a prescription for me, I'd just pay the usual prescription fee of £7.10! She did luckily, so that's all I paid!
I'm using it morning & evenings (I'm 3 wks post op now) & hoping it's as good as I've heard! My scars just look like a red 2 inch line under each boob as if my bra has made them like that, so hopefully they'll fade soon!

Get on Ebay, it has the sheets called "CICA-CARE Silicone Gel Sheets" or the silicone cream called "Dermatix scar reduction gel" which girls on here swear by!!
I'm waiting for mine in the post so hoping it will arrive soon

you can get elastoplast ones from boots stick on scar sheet...they are brilliant!

I got mine from boots too, but bought Boots own brand of them (only slightly cheaper). I agree with shani that they are brilliant.
