Silly question about sports bra

Hey girls sorry if this sounds really stupid, but just wondering when you girls changed your sports bras? Did you change them everyday or wear one for a couple of days? I have about 5, i'm getting so paranoid that if i wear thm for longer than a day then they will get really dirty and i will infect my scars

Heya

I change my bra everyday...i also put gauze in my bra to stop my scarring rubbing against the bra (ihad an uplift so more scarring)
And change the gauzes each day.
But I have just got an infection in my left boob so annoying when i have been looking after them lol. But shows how easy the scarring can get infected.

im still pre op but when i went to see the nurse for my pre op assesment, he told me not to wear my sports bra for longer than a day and a nite without changing it x
