How long does it take to fluff/drop?

Hey how long are my boobs going to feel like 2 hard rocks on my chest? Its only been 3 daysPO but my implants feel like they're bursting out of me!

hey hun i felt exactly the same as you. i felt like i had 2 rocks for abt 14 days im now 27 days post op and mine have started to soften and get bigger hope they fluff more tho. dont worry hun ul have lovely soft booies soon x
