Nhs shud help

normally they will help if there is a problem. but they may just take them out if tey are causing pain and not replace them.
thats the bummer!

Sorry

Hi, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but i had surgery last year, with a company and to cut a long story short i was devastated by the way i was treated. i decided to go to my doctors after crying and behaving hysterically, my doctor wrote to the nhs and i was rejected. I then appealed and spoke to a lady called ann davies almost 3 times a week for roughly 5 months. Unfortunately even after writing letters and sending photos, they said that they were horrific and that they totally sympathized with me, but when it came to the gentleman who had to make the decision, he said because my original surgery was private and not with the nhs, they would not take me on as it would opern the flood gates for hundreds of people.
If you need to ask any more questions pm me.

Regards Hales

Try different doctors

If your GP refuses ask to see someone else that might be more sympathetic. Tell them just how much pain you are in! Maybe even go into A&E?
I hope it gets sorted out xxxx

Well at least the nhs is helping me with depression!

BECAUSE OF ALL THIS CRAP AND SHXT WITH MY BREASTS, IM NOW ON ANTI DEPRESSANTS!

ITS NOT FAIR!

Hi sweetheart

Hey! we contribute to the NHS so we deserve help. We take imergrants in this country daily and they get nhs help! so you should. Tell your doctor that! if not go onto citicens advice and they WILL!!! help you and give you advice. It's amazing what they know and how they can help you. Good luck and keep me informed x x x KJC

U're not alone

u're not the only one, i refused but am on alot of painkillers - no nhs referral because i paid originally for mine privately in the uk so my gp won't refer me to nhs - but will put me indefinately on endless painkillers - can't work either but that still isn't enough for him to help me - god knows what will happen when i am out on the street - 8 months now with no income

Try your surgeon

If your surgeon wont put it right which they should. Then I would go to your GP, they should then refer you for a consultation with an NHS surgeon who will see what he can do. They may only offer to take them out. But anything is better than living in pain. I'm so sorry this has happened. Best of luck to u hun.

Hi

really sorry to hear this can u not go back to the surgeon abroad who did your boobs?after all he owes u the aftercare to fix them?
xxx

Nhs

i would have thought they would help you if you're in bad pain. They don't really have a choice if you're in pain. Have you spoken to your gp about it yet?

xx
