Hi there
When you are ready to go and meet with the clinics/hospitals and private surgeons, I would suggest going to see as many as possible. I did go through a big company Transform and am very happy with everything. But you should go with who you feel comfortable with. The large companies usually let you see surgeons free of charge, and some ask for small fees. Make sure you are happy with your surgeon, the implants they will be using and the after care they offer. These are very important parts especially aftercare, if anything goes wrong you want to know you will be looked after and they will do any re ops for free (up to a point). Thoroughly research your surgeon, research your implants as there are many different types on the market. Read through all the stories on this site, look at before and after pics and make yourself aware of all the complications. I think a lot of private surgeons also tend to work for clinics these can sometimes increase the price of going private and you can get the same thing with the same person just cheaper through a larger company. The private clinics also sometimes have less aftercare. Again this is not always the case and this is why you need to research research research, Money isn't everything and I wouldn't always go for a cheap option. Give yourself and your body time to get back to normal as hormones etc need to get back to normality. Do plenty of research while your waiting. Look into the healing process afterwards as it can take a while to be able to lift anything such as your new baby. Saying all this, it's the best thing I've ever done. Everything has gone well so far and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Congratulations on your baby. Take your time and don't make hasty decisions or part with any money until you are sure. Best wishes
