Is it red?
Hiya hun. Has your scar turned red slightly and does it feel hot and burny? If it gets any worse or feels hot then please, please go to your Doctor straightaway!
I'm no pro in these matters but one of my scars got a bit sore and hot. Within a week the area around the scar was bright red and by the time I eventually went to the Doctor and got referred back to my surgeon, the infection had turned nasty and I was quite poorly. I ended up in my local Hospital on a drip and was told the implant would probably have to come out and not be replaced. I was really lucky in that my surgeon intervened and saved it! phew. However - as a result I got a nasty capsular and had to have it removed (and have now got an ongoing problem which means I will need an uplift on the one side).
I'm not trying to scare you hun but keep your eye on it! It's better to get it checked out and find out it is nothing than leave it and end up in trouble.
Fingers crossed for you and let me know what happens,
Trace xx
