Advise please!

For those of you dont know me, i had a breast augmentation and mastopexy in Aug 08 by Mr Adrian Richards at the Shelburne in Wycombe. I wasnt happy with them,as they were too low,and i couldnt really see much of a difference!
I was orignally a 36F but my boobs were very low (look like i'd had a few children,which i havent) and were very long. So the idea of the procedure was to lift them,and give them shape with the implant!
I had a re-op in Jan 09 (free of charge),and the nipple area is lift alot higher,and looks better,but the breasts themselves are still low in my mind,and i still have access skin (which i can pinch and loose!) surely the surgery should have removed this?? Im am only 20yrs old,and have spent just under £8,000 on this surgery, so feel i should be fully happy with them,as its alot of money! and im not!!

I know in a bra they look fine,its out of the bra that annoys/upsets me. If you comapre where my shoulder is,compared to my boobs,they just look so low! i hate it!
please give me your opinions and advise!

Just had a peek at your pics and can see why you wasnt happy the first time, however looking at the pictures i think they look wicked from the side, nice and full and i think your worrying uneccessarly, (i cant spell)

Still i totally get you, im looking to have something done, i was a 34E but hav eshunk to a 34 D and now they have sagged, so i get what yo mean about nipples not being high enough and its hard when you havent had kids, i feel like someone twice my age (im 24)

Anyway, dont worry, if your boyfriend loves them then thats great (although mine says he loves mine natural and i think they are awful)

Its your body and if your not happy, try again!

You appear to have the same problem as me! I am too am a 36F and because of this I too don't have the look that you also are after!

The difference is that I haven't had an uplift - just implants! They definately don't look horrible hun - they truly don't however, I can understand what you mean by "too low".

Has your surgeon given you an explanation as to why they aren't "fuller" or "higher"??? Is it because larger boobies are too heavy? I really don't know.

I am having an uplift on one side due to excess sagging and as you say, there is a lot of loose skin which they better get rid of!!!!!

You have spent an awful lot of money chick and you have to live with your boobies for the rest of your life so if you're aren't 100% happy - GO BACK AND KICK ARSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend was telling me i had paranoia and they were find!
Im glad iv found someone with a similar problem to me,and who agree's with me!
I went to ann summers at the weekend and was measured as a 36H its crazy!
Yes i am trying to plan an email/letter to my surgeon at the moment,to try and explain.
i dont care if i have to go smaller,i just want it sorted!
I just want them to look nice to me,and look good in clothes,the scars dont bother me either!!

OMG - how spooky is that! Once again - same here! My boyfriend keeps saying "stop worrying - they are great - you're just paranoid". Ugh - excuse me bloke - no I'm not! When I walk up to the steps from the carpark in the morning, the right one is swinging arond like an empty carrier bag! LOL

I too don't care about the scars anymore - I just want the fullness at the top - not the bottom!

Hope you get it sorted hun I really do - I'm having trouble and they are dragging their feet (well, I guess they've had their money now!)

Yeh,i feel i cant do anything,this sounds nasty,but in this weather being so hott,as they are low,they get so sweaty/sore underneath.
plus we got a puppy at the weekend,and i cant run with her without being in agony!!
its just not fair!
i want it sorted
