How soon can you get booked in??

I am new to all this and really want to get my boobs done the question is when? I was wondering once you go for your intial consultaion how long after that can you normally get booked in for surgery. I have 2 children so need to plan carefully when will be the best time to have it done in terms of family being able to help and the summer holidays will be best. Also am a student so beggining of the summer holidays will be best giving me a good 6-8 weeks of recovering before the new term begins. A year just seems so long to wait till next summer holidays but think is too late now for this year? Anyone know roughly how long the whole process takes from consultaion through till surgery??

Thank you!!!

Quick

i phoned around the 26th june, got an appointment for thursday 2nd july, saw co-ordinator, surgeon and had pre-op at same time, booked on saturday 4th for op on tuesday 7th. so less than 2 weeks from ringing to actual op. it can be done quick if you can be flexable with dates etc

Xx

hi i went to book on fri and have my op for the 31st july so thats just over 3 weeks! am same as you have the 6 weeks off as i work term time only so decided this is the year to do it as id have to wait another year and dont wana regret not goin for it now! plus dont fink the bf could do with another year of me moanin and least il have next summer to enjoy them! xx

2 weeks for me!

I knew I wanted it done, and was really happy with Mya and Mr Singh (saw patient advisor and surgeon on the same day to save time). There were some late spaces available luckily for me!! I'm in a band so I wanted to book it where I had the longest space between shows.

Not long!!

You can definatley get them done this summer holidays!! I went for my 1st consultation with MYA 9th June, saw surgeon the same week on the 13th June. Operation was going to be the 30th June but because I went on holiday and my PC was on holiday the following week there was no room for a pre op so my operation is 7th July and I had pre op on 2nd july!

Cancellation

I got lucky and got a cancellation-mine was 3weeks after my initial consultation. i wouldv done it sooner but i was waiting for my share cheque to come through which paid for my op.

Hi hun

I had my consultation and booked my BA for 10 days later I did ask for the next available date.I think it just depends on what availability your surgeon has.
hope this helps hun.xxx

Availability

Thats right aswel cos I wanted Dr Tondu for the aerola incision so it was whenrver he was available next really.

Hiya

As quoted before it totally depends on what time slots the surgeon has and how busy they are, it could be as quick as 1 - 2 weeks or in my case it was a 6 week wait!! There normally very good in accomadating your needs so if you tell them roughly what dates you have/need, they normally work around that.

Gina xx

It depends on the surgeon i think hun, i have seen stories on here were people have had a consultation then been booked in for surgery 1 -2 weeks afterwards!!!!

im starting uni in september and having surgery 15th of july!!! anythin up to beginning of august should allow you enough time to recover i think x
