Worried i have over done it (think somthing went pop!)...

I am a week PO today and was getting used to finally being completely free of pain. But i am a bit worried I hav been doin to much (i havnt really rested at all since i got back home). I was messing around in the garden yesterday playing tennis and went to swing for the ball and total hurt my muscle/boob (sure i heard a pop but could be me just being paranoid!) anyway it looks fine (i was convised the muscle had like come away from where it had been stiched!) and it wasnt bleeding or the wound been ripped open but now im in the same muscle pain as i was day 3/4 sob feel like im going backwards! Do u think i should be worried??? my surgeon is in antwerp so its not like i can just pop in lol

Tennis... are you for real?!

Playing tennis one week after your op is just insane, you could have jeardised your whole recovery, and for what?

You have to take it easy. You might look healed on the outside and be painfree, but you still have an awful lot of healing to do internally

Give your body a chance for god sake girl...

what!!

You really shouldn't be doing that hun, I can't quite believe that you were playing tennis, you must be crazy. I've hardly done anything and I'm currently 2 weeks post-op, even though I'm back at work I'm sat at a desk taking it easy!!

Please please give yourself a break and rest, you don't want to effect the healing progress or injure yourself.

Gina xx

Tennis???

wot gave u d urge to play tennis?

You WILL start going backwards if you don't start taking care of yourself!
I mean I can see where these woman are coming from when they NEED to get on with some light housework, but to be playing tennis in your garden at a week post op is really just pushing your luck!

Didn't your surgeon tell you to take it easy?
I mean you spent alot of money on this operation, and you should really be resting all you can, and taking good care of yourself.
Tennis can wait till you're all healed!!!
