Help help so unhappy

I am in need of some help... i am 9 days post op and really unhappy
I am 5'3" height 9st 10 size 10.
I was a small 34b and i have had 340 right and 300 left overs i had them done at transform with mr russo.

At my first appointment i stated i wanted to be a d/dd. he told me that he would give me 260/300cc overs. this sounded to small and i made a second appointment to lay my mind at rest as i was having sleepless nights as i didnt want them to small. The 2nd time i went i had done lots of research and even took pictures of the size i wanted and how i wanted them to look . Then he agreed he would go for 340s over. I had to really push him for these as he said i was only 19 and just a "baby"!! and he didnt want me to look to big.

I had my operation 9 days ago and when i had come round i wasnt happy at all i just felt a lil bigger and the same effect as when i wore my gel bra. i woke up to find that i had 300 in left and 340 in right but had never been told this was going to happen so it was abit of a shock. I was able to leave the hosp at 6pm if i didnt want to see mr russo. As i wasnt happy i waited until 9pm after he had finished his other surgery he told me they was a d as he measured with his hand.

I am so disapointed with my outcome as i have just been measured and now i am a 36b how can this be?? i have read so many forums which state they go bigger when they drop but surely not from size b to d.
I expected to be a d after the op and drop to bigger.

Even at this early stage i am reconsidering a 2nd op as i am so upset they are so small and nothing what i expected and have paid so much money can any body please suggest anything or have been in the position ??

Where did you get measured or did you do it yourself from an online measuring guide?

I had 410 overs 7 weeks ago. I was a 32B and am now a 32E/F depending on the style of bra.

I measured myself after the BA using an onlne guide and it told me I was a 34C and I was very upset!

Then they started to drop and change shape around the 3 week mark and I was really upset, thinking that they were too small.

I was in a 34DD sports bra for the whole 6 weeks after my op and it felt baggy. They do stretch with washing though.

Now 7 weeks later, I am a 32E/F and some of my 32E bras are getting tight.

It is very early days yet. Try not to worry as your boobs will change so much over the 6 weeks. At least you have let the clinic know.

Your band size has probably changed due to the swelling. I am a 32 back but it wasn't until 5 weeks post op that I could fit back into a 32!

I am a similar size to you, 5ft 3, 9st 5 and was a 32B beforehand. I had a consultation with a surgeon who recommended 345s to get me to a D so I'm sure that you will reach your D cup.

What size sports bra are you wearing?

aww thanx hun i am trying not to worry and just hoping there going to go bigger when they drop. i went to la senza and then debenhams for a 2nd time to be reassured and they messured me 36b but i supose when my swelling goes down i wil be a 34c .

ye the swelling defo has made the band size change i am wearing a 34c sports bra now but its starting to bag a little now
fingers crossed they are going to drop and become bigger

A 36B? How can that be??!!!

Go to M&S hun, I have found that they are the best for measuring. In La Senza (as much as I love their stuff ) it seems that they just look at you and guess!!)

When do you have your first check up with the nurse?

They will definately get bigger over the next 4 weeks or so.

Try to sit tight and not to panic!

who measurered you chicken? your band size cannot change from having a BA as ur ribcage hasnt got any bigger. A 36B is actually a 34C so that is a bit bigger but still not what you wanted Everyone seems to come out completely differently sizes when they may have been the same size pre-op an had the same size implants its strange. Im a 34B and having 525cc overs which i've been told will prob be a DD/E? you just never know what your guna get. Stress to them how unhappy you are and if they believe in keeping their customers happy they will do something for you, good luck sweetie xxx

hia hun i went to la senze n debenhams i think its due to the swelling why my band size has gone up. wow ther big implants i supose when i look back i would of rather gone for a little bigger but i was worried then i would of gone to big.
ye its true i supose different implants change the shape of dif women let us no how you get on

i really do know how you feel, i had my 3rd b/a 6 weeks ago and it was for me 3rd time lucky.
the first like yours i had 35o and they made virtually no difference to me and i was so upset but i did keep them for 8 years.
i got my second done last june 525 cc and although the size was bigger the lefty was in the wrong place and i would have needed pocket revision.
i decided to go bigger again with my re op and went for 700 and also changed from unders to overs and i am soo happy now.
but for 9 years i was desperately unhappy with my boobs and didn't feel feminine and always wanted to hide them away.
i would say go back and speak to your pc and tell them how unhappy you are with the size and don't back down and let them tell you they are fine, this is your body and you are not happy.
i can tell you that you have a good chance of getting a re op but the will most likely not give you more than 525 cc as any bigger than this have to be specialy ordered and cost alot more.
but 525 would certainly be alot better than the size you have at the minute.
the thing is most surgeons will not re op for 6 months as you have to let the healing process take place first.
i do hope you get it all sorted as i know how depressing it can be after going through surgery and still not being happy.

hiya ..wow ur 3rd ba n ur finally happy 700cc that must be back breaking what size did the 525cc take you to?
i am def not happy with the size at the mo i expected to be so much bigger and people even say they cant really notice when i have my clothes on. but the gurls keep saying that they go bigger when they drop so i have fingers crossed and hoping they will. how did you go about having your 2nd and 3rd ba did you go through the clinic i am just worried that i have paid so much money and going to have save up again now

So sorry to hear that you not happy with the results hun, but I can't quite get my head around the size!! What type of profile was it - low, medium or high??
I had 290cc & 320cc low profile which are smaller than your's and the implants don't give much projection. I'm nearly 3 weeks post-op and they've still took me up 2/3 sizes. I was previously an empty 34D and am now currently a 34E/F.
Firstly I would wait to see how they heal, because once you get the support bra off and they settle the size most probably will change and they'll drop. Then go and get measured to see what the result is, and make sure you go to a few different places.
Obviously inform you PC about the sitiuation and your feelings so they know what is happening and then wait ti see what happens.

hia hun i no i cant seem to quite get my head around the size either i was a small 34b but i have gone to a 36b i have gone up a band size due to swelling i think but when that goes down it will take me to a 34c i still not happy really about that as i wanted to be a d/dd. i have gt fingers crossed hoping they are going to drop and change alot over the 6 weeks. i have had medium profile. i think different size implants take different women up to dif sizes its strange i have already spoke to my pc so at least they no i am seeing the nurse aswell 2moz so going to mention to here

Ring them sweetheart, explain that you aren't happy and they should re-do them for you! The first measurement is across your back so I can't see how that's changed , maybe the swelling? I tell you how you can tell if your bigger or not and that's put on one of your old bra's! Listen if you aren't happy tell them, go back and demand to see someone. It's a lot of money sweetheart and it's your body. If you don't do something now. you won't be able to! But! remember it all depends on how much skin you have. My surgeon said the easiest way to understand it is ...he was a size eight feet and I am a size 6...no matter how hard he tries he is never going to get his size eight feet into my size 6 shoes, is he? Don't go too big sweetheart as you will be more disappointed than you are now with a vicky becks which look awful....let me know how it goes x x x KJC

i have rung them this morning and explaind to them so at least they no. she has told me to wait 6 weeks til i see mr russo. yee i think its due to the swelling but my worry is if i swollen now and when the swelling goes i am not going to be able to tell much. i had some skin as well he even told me i have good breast tissue so that made me think i could go bigger thats why i went back 2nd time to see him as 1st time 260s sounded to small for me. i no ye i defo dont want to go to big just wanted to be a d/dd i guess well i am seeing the nurse 2mz having my dressings off so going to see what they say.

So sorry to hear that u r disappointed with the outcome I am sure your surgeon would have done what he considered best, Ring your pc and have a chat.

Do u have any pics cos maybe other girls comments on how they look and suit u may help.

hey I seriously think u have to wait at least 6 weeks til you see all swelling go and they start to drop into place. I had my BA yesterday and they are very swollen and look so far apart. your only 9 days post op so please dont panic.
