haha so glad u asked that angelcakes, i was too embarrased to lol!im in on 1st October, but wanting to start get stuff now, sooo impatient!!xx

Don't worry, I have my blonde moments!!

V pillows are great. They give extra support that normal pillows dont. They can be used in different ways.

I think they are best used in addition to your normal pillows by keeping you more upright and prevent you from rolling over in the night. If you prop up your other pillows then put V pillow in the middle but a bit further down your back and slightly under your arms then another pillow on top for under your head, its a lot comfier than if you just have it under your head, in my opinion.

I used one when I was pregnant/breastfeeding. You can also put one side of it under your head and the other side in front of you. Experiment with different ways to find out what is best for you.

I will definately be using mine again in 3 weeks when I get my new boobies lol

Good luck with your Op xx

Im still confused haha!

does it go a certain way round? like do u have it in an actual 'V' shape behind ur back or do you have it as an upside down 'V' an lay between it lol! Oh my god im going to have to go buy one to understand it i think haha thank you ladies xxx

Hehe, upside down!

Go and get one. They aren't expensive. Less than £8 in Argos. Then you will see how comfy they are lol

Hey

Basically u have your normal pillows then you put the V pillow over them this then props u up so ur not sitting upright but ur not laying down... so its just comfier and easier to get yourself in and out of bed and to sleep. xx
