Special socks??

Hey, i was given some really tight, knee high socks to wear before i went into surgery which i didnt know anything about, and have been told i need to keep them on now for 4 weeks is this true?

Sexy arent they!! lol they're 2 stop u gettin DVT....I wasnt told 2 keep mine on though, I stayed in overnight and had 2 keep them on but after that I was fine not 2 wear them.

It's totally normal. They are to help blood circulation, and to prevent blood clogs in your legs. I was told to keep mine on for a week.

i put mine on on tuesday morning and wore them til fri morning had enough lol was told to wear them when laid down or sat up for long periods of time!

Thats good to know..its bad enough not being able to wash the upper body properly..i dont think i could manage hot sweaty feet as well..haha.
