Has anyone had there crease lowered???????????

hi there my surgeon said that he was going to lower my crease to make a new 1, does anybody know why he would do this and if anybody has had the same would they be kind enough for me to look at there pics.
i have a second consultation with my surgeon and will find the in's and out as to y he needs to do this, but thats only 2 days b4 my op x
